Description

The plans for Collegedale Station include transforming the 100 acre property into a mixed-use development comprising of Retail, Office, Medical, and High Density Residential. The property is located at a new 5 lane interchange connection at I-75 in Collegedale, which is located right outside of Chattanooga. TDOT expects 33,000 vehicles per day through this area once construction is complete. Collegedale has experienced tremendous job growth within one mile of the location. Some of these new job opportunities include the new Volkswagen plant, Amazon facility, Erlanger Hospital, Mckee Foods, and VW suppliers. These companies bring an estimated 16,000 jobs to the area.
